When can I expect my order to arrive?
Handling time is generally up to 2 working days although some orders may take longer depending upon availability. Items are sent via Royal Mail First Class (UK), which takes 1-2 working days.
Will these glasses fit me?
All our glasses are unisex and designed for adults. We will refund items which do not fit on safe return within 30 days of receipt.

Choosing your strength and colour is simple, you select the options available when you click on a item using the drop-down menus. All prescription frames come with a 0.00/Plano lens.

I have received to wrong item/My item is damaged on arrival. What shall I do?
If you are unfortunate enough to receive the wrong item or a damaged item please email us (include your eBay user ID and the date of purchase) with details of your order. We will send out replacements once the received goods have been returned
What is your return policy?
We offer a no hassle return. If within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product we will refund the price on safe return of the product.
